My company Vibratex, Inc. was a family business for over 25 years. We are the first designers in North America to release what is now called the “dual-action” vibrator, meaning a vibrator with a rotating shaft for penetration and a vibrating tickler for clitoral stimulation. We are most famous for designing the “Rabbit Pearl” that everyone has seen on the HBO show “Sex and the City”. Of course now, every adult toy company has their version of the Rabbit. But it’s still our #1 seller! I think what makes our vibrators so successful is the fact that Dan (my husband) has an engineering background and I have a biochemistry background. Combining these two attributes translates into a product that has the right dimensions and angles as well as materials that are non-toxic to the human body. What could be better?
