She discusses Pig Orgasms (their clitoris is inside of the vagina.) This discussion is about 12 minutes in and the video of the poor guy who has to manually stimulate the sow is PRICELESS.
According to Mary Roach, semen goes bad when it stays in the body for too long which may be the “evoutionary” reason men tend to masturbate way more then women. She also talks about The Kinsey study about ejaculate and the speed/force that is required to get through the cervix.
She also discusses women who can have an orgasm from brushing their teeth, have their eyebrows stroked, and from lots of other things besides just genital massage.
