So, Valentine’s Day is coming and some of us LOVE this “hallmark” holiday and others of us hate it. Which ever side of the fence you are on, make it a special day or a special weekend! If you are single, why not create a special celebration for your self? Celebrate YOU! (Soon you will learn more about my 13 Day challenge …. 13 Days of Loving Yourself. But, I can’t let the cat out of the bag just yet.)
If you are coupled up, try to lose the “hallmark holiday” attutitude and just think of it as a day to do something special for your lover. Don’t get too hung up on the MEDIA pressure and the hype. Just think of it as ANOTHER day to do something special for your lover and a day where you do something special for him or her to HONOR your relationship. (I believe you should be doing that every day and NURTURING your relationship always, but go ahead and take advantage this day that allows you to make a date for some intimacy and fun as a couple.)
